Our Process

From first conversation to final detail

At Lenore Luxe, we believe a luxury renovation should feel as thoughtfully managed as it is beautifully designed. Our process is built to give clients clarity, confidence, and a high-touch experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. By taking on a select number of projects, we are able to provide personalized attention, consistent communication, and careful oversight at every stage.

Every project begins with an inquiry that helps us learn about your home, your goals, and the spaces you are considering renovating. This first step allows us to understand the overall scope of your project and determine whether it is the right fit for our team and process.

After reviewing your inquiry, we schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision, timeline, investment range, and priorities in more detail. This conversation helps us better understand your needs, answer initial questions, and ensure alignment before moving forward.

If the project is a good fit, we meet with you in your home to walk through the space, evaluate existing conditions, and explore the possibilities for the renovation. This step gives us a deeper understanding of how you want to live in the space and how we can best bring that vision to life.

Through our tailored renovation planning process, we develop a plan around your home, lifestyle, finish selections, layout, materials, and long-term value.

Once the scope of work is clearly defined, we present a detailed proposal outlining the project, investment, and next steps. We walk you through everything carefully, so you feel informed, confident, and fully aligned before construction begins.

Before construction starts, we prepare every detail needed for a smooth and well-managed renovation. This includes finalizing selections, confirming the schedule, coordinating material deliveries, and reviewing project logistics with you in advance. We also discuss the practical details that help the project run efficiently and comfortably, including parking arrangements, dumpster placement, site access, delivery coordination, working hours, dust protection, and any special considerations for pets, children, or occupied areas of the home.

Once construction is underway, our team manages the renovation with professionalism, precision, and close attention to detail. Throughout the project, we provide consistent communication, so you always know what is happening, what has been completed, and what comes next.

As the renovation nears completion, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets our standards and your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a final result that feels refined, complete, and beautifully executed.

Our relationship with our clients does not end when the project is complete. We value long-term trust and remain a resource for our clients well beyond the final walkthrough.

Before You Begin

Clarity at Every Stage

A well-managed renovation depends on clear expectations. Learn how we communicate, prepare for the unexpected, document changes, and keep each phase organized.

How do you communicate during the project?

Communication is one of the most important parts of our process. We believe clients should know what is happening, what decisions are needed, and what comes next. Our goal is to keep the project organized and reduce uncertainty from start to finish.

What can delay a remodel?

Delays can happen because of material lead times, late selections, change orders, hidden conditions, permit timing, inspections, weather, or specialty labor scheduling. We work to reduce delays through planning, organization, and communication.

What are hidden conditions?

Hidden conditions are issues that cannot be fully seen until construction begins. These may include water damage, old plumbing, electrical concerns, framing issues, uneven floors, previous poor workmanship, or code-related items.

When hidden conditions appear, we explain the issue clearly, discuss the solution, and help you understand how it may affect the project.

What is a change order?

A change order is a written update to the project scope, price, or timeline. This may happen when a client adds work, changes selections, or when hidden conditions require additional work. We believe change orders should be clear, documented, and discussed before moving forward.

Do we need to choose materials before construction starts?

It is best to make major selections before construction begins. Tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, hardware, appliances, and other finish selections can all affect timeline and cost. Early selections help avoid delays and keep the project moving smoothly.
